Toyota Tour Cup at Pala Mesa
What a beautiful weekend at Pala Mesa Resort! A special thank you to Travis Inchcliff, Head Professional, and Mark Mittlehauser, Director of Golf, and all the wonderful staff at Pala Mesa!
Highlight of the week was Anna Davis shooting the course record 64 in the first round to take a commanding 7 shot lead!! She followed that up with a solid 70 to finish at -10 and win by 6! A great 2nd round 67 by Emily Lee shot her up to 2nd place at -4, followed by Kylie Chong with solid play to finish at even par total! Congrats girls on the stellar play!
It was a tight finish coming down the stretch for the boys! Tied for the lead going into 18, Eric Lee stuffed it to a foot to make birdie and finish at -6, taking home the victory by one! Luciano Conlan, coming off a victory at Indian Wells two weeks ago, played very well again to finish in 2nd at -5! Colin Huang was right there in the hunt as well and finished in 3rd at -4! Great playing boys!
