Making the Game Better for All Ages

The Southern California PGA Junior Tour’s mission is to create learning and playing opportunities for individuals of all ages and skill levels throughout Southern California. We aim to utilize golf as a vehicle to instill values such as integrity, honor, and patience. The SCPGA Junior Tour strives to foster and develop these values that will positively impact our member’s character on and off the golf course.

Established in 1948, the Southern California PGA now hosts one of the largest and most respected junior golf programs in the country. The SCPGA Junior Tour is a three-tiered program featuring the Toyota Tour Cup, the Players Tour and the Junior Development Tour. Together, these three tours administer over 290 tournaments annually for kids of all ages and skill levels. These events provide playing opportunities throughout Southern California, many of which are hosted by PGA facilities. The Junior Tour boasts countless alumni including Tiger Woods, Rickie Fowler, Lizette Salas, Charlie Wi, Brendan Steele, Danielle Kang, Jennifer Johnson, John Cook, Patrick Cantlay and many more.

Which Level Is Right For You?

Junior Development Tour

The Junior Development Tour is a way for juniors to gain competitive golf experience in a more relaxed and fun environment. It is a way for junior golfers to gain knowledge of the rules, etiquette and competitive nature of tournament golf.

The Players Tour

The Players Tour is the flagship level of our program. It is designed to serve juniors of a wide range of playing ability, from juniors that have advanced through the Junior Development Tour, to those looking to earn an invite into the Toyota Tour Cup Series.

Toyota Tour Cup

The Toyota Tour Cup Series features the best Junior Golfers in Southern California hosted by some of the premiere facilities in the area.

The Toyota Tour Cup season continued its Spring Season with the Toyota Tour Cup @ Soboba Springs Golf Course!

Thank you to Director of Golf Frank Luchowski, PGA, Golf Operations Manager Bill Alter, and all of the wonderful staff at Soboba Springs Golf Course for hosting us!

Emily... Song was the only player in the field to record both rounds under par this weekend to capture her 3rd Toyota Tour Cup Victory and win by 4 shots! Kandice Chuang finished solo 2nd at -2 with scores of 69-73. Zoey Kim (76-69) shot the lowest round of the day for the girls to capture 3rd place at +1. Great Playing Girls!

Aidan Peters went bogey free in his final round to capture his very first Toyota Tour Cup Victory this week shooting 70-69 to finish at -5 for the tournament! Samson Li finished solo 2nd at -4 with a consistent score of 70 for both days. Hill Wang (74-68) shot the lowest round of the boys to climb up the leaderboard to capture 3rd place along with Caleb Kim (71-71) at -2. Congratulations to all the boys on their great play!

Another memorable tournament is in the books as very strong winds hit the Toyota Tour Cup Extended Field @ The Golf Club at Terra Lago this past weekend!

...Hailey Kim (74-74) starts off with no bogeys in her front 9 in the final round to capture her very first Toyota Tour Cup victory at +4! There was a two way tie for second place at five over par between Sophia Nguyen (70-79) and Rose Callewaert (75-74). Congratulations to all the girls on an awesome tournament!

Ethan Hoffmann (78-70) shot a stellar score of 30 in the back nine of his final round, and was highlighted by a hole out eagle on the 14th Hole to capture his very 1st Toyota Tour Cup Victory! Trey Tuyo (78-72) and Brayden Jones (73-77) found themselves both tied for second place at six over par. Congratulations to all the boys on an awesome tournament!

The Toyota Tour Cup season continued its Spring Season with the Toyota Tour Cup Max Homa Invitational @ Oak Valley Golf Club!

Kuree ...Little went wire to wire all three rounds this week with scores of 70-69-69 to capture her 2nd Toyota Tour Cup Victory by seven shots! Hailey Kim finished in solo 2nd at -1 with scores of 73-71-71. Vera Dongah Lee finished the tournament at 3rd place with scores of 74-70-73 for the tournament. Great Playing Girls!

Evan Liu captured his very first Toyota Tour Cup Victory this week shooting 71-67-67 to finish at -11 for the tournament. Connor Herrera finished solo 2nd at -7 with scores of 72-66-71. Landon Breisch (72-72-67) shot 5 under on his back nine to capture 3rd place at -5..Congratulations to all the boys on their great play!

Another great tournament in the books as Morongo Golf Club at Tukwet Canyon hosted the Toyota Tour Cup this past weekend.

Rina Kawasaki captured her 3rd career Toyota ...Tour Cup victory overcoming a 1 stroke deficit to capture victory at -5 (71-68)! There was a two way tie for second place at Even Par between Jio Yoo and Ally Kim (70-74). Congratulations to all the girls on an awesome tournament!

Kaden Chang took control after day one and did not relinquish his lead to capture his 2nd career Toyota Tour Cup Victory at -11 (68-65)! Oscar Liang found himself in solo 2nd after two under par rounds to finish at -7 (70-67). The final podium position goes to Keita Yobiko at -4 (73-67). Congratulations to all the boys on an awesome tournament!

The Toyota Tour Cup season kicked off its 2025 Spring Season in the city of Palm Desert with the Toyota Tour Cup @ Palm Desert Resort Country Club.

Juliet Oh shot ...scores of 68-67 (-9) and went bogey free to capture her first Toyota Tour Cup victory! Hailey Kim shot scores of 71-69 (-4) to finish solo 2nd place! Ashley Han shot back to back scores of 71-71 (-2) to take 3rd place. Congrats to all of the girls on their wonderful performance to kick off the season!

J.T Cochrane (63-73) shot the low tournament round of the weekend out of all of the boys through the weekend to claim his first Toyota Tour Cup Victory at -6! Harrison Gahr and Ben Matsuda finished the first round tied, but after a tougher second round, Harrison took 2nd place with a final round 68! Ben Matsuda took 3rd place with a score of 70 in the final round to finish at -1. Congratulations to all of the boys for an amazing performance to start the year!

Isabella Wu from Palos Verdes Estates and Brady McHenry of Ventura were crowned champions this week at the Toyota Tour Cup Patrick Cantlay Series Finale at Virginia Country Club in Long Beach, California. This invitational hosted the top 24 boys and 24 girls from Southern California. Thank you very... much to Patrick Cantlay, his foundation, and his partners for all their support!

Isabella Wu completed a 4 shot comeback to force a playoff with a final round score of 70 to capture the victory at -1! Kylee Choi just fell short in the playoff but finished solo 2nd with rounds of 67-74. Nikki Oh and Juliet Oh both tied for 3rd place at +1 for the tournament. Congratulations to all the girls on an awesome tournament this week!

Brady McHenry came out firing in the first round with a score of 64 and emerged victorious in a playoff at -3! 2022 Cantlay Series Finale champion Adam Anderson forced a playoff by making an eagle putt on the final hole to finish runner up with rounds of 67-70. Hill Wang and Shawn Nawata both fired rounds of 69-71 to finish 3rd in the tournament at even par. Congratulations to all the boys on their tremendous play this week!

What a fantastic weekend as we wrapped up the Toyota Tour Cup 2024 season with the Toyota Tour Championship hosted by Desert Falls Country Club.

Yixuan Chen ...(70-69) came back from a 2-shot deficit to capture her first victory on the Toyota Tour Cup at -5 which was highlighted with 5 straight birdies in the first round! Mia Clausen fired rounds of 68-74 to capture solo 2nd place to finish at -2 for the tournament. There was a three way tie for third place at -1 between Clairey Lin (75-68), Isabella Wu (73-70), and Hailey Kim (71-72). Congratulations to all the girls on an awesome tournament!
Logan Park showcased amazing consistency this weekend playing the last 30 holes without a bogey shooting 68-68 (-6 total) en route to capture his fourth Toyota Tour Cup Victory! Max Emberson finished in second place -4 (69-69). Brady McHenry also finished in second place at -4 (67-71). Congratulations to all the boys on their outstanding play this weekend!
In addition to crowning our champions at this event we also awarded our 2024 Toyota Tour Cup Players of the Year. We want to congratulate the Girls TTC Player of the Year Isabella Wu and Boys TTC Player of the Year Max Emberson for their stellar performances throughout the 2024 season!
