Toyota Tour Cup at Industry Hills
Another great TTC in the books! A special thank you to Dave Youpa, Matt Mallars, and all the wonderfull staff at Industry Hills Golf Club for hosting us again!
Round 1 was one for the books, with Ryan Voois leading the way with a hole-in-one on his final hole from 115 yards to fire 28 on his back nine to finish with 65 and a two shot lead over Evan Chien. For the girls, day 1 finished with a four-way tie for first at even par.
It was a close one for both the boys and girls coming down the stretch on day 2. After starting the round two shots back, Alyson Sor soared up the girls leaderboard with a -2 70, the only red number for the day, to finish at even par to capture her first TTC win! Vanessa Zhang finished one shot back with solid rounds of 72-73, followed by a four way tie for 3rd at +4 between Milan Nguyen, Sky Choi, Bridget Chantharath, and Cathy Tong.
Ryan Voois almost aced his 18th hole again to finish with 2 birdies to win by 2 at -6, his 2nd TTC victory! Stellar playing by Dalin Piao who shot back-to-back 70s to finish 2nd at -4, followed by Hogan Park who bounced back from his first round 74 with a 68 to finish 3rd.
