Our Mission

Making the Game Better for All Ages

The Southern California PGA Junior Tour’s mission is to create learning and playing opportunities for individuals of all ages and skill levels throughout Southern California. We aim to utilize golf as a vehicle to instill values such as integrity, honor, and patience. The SCPGA Junior Tour strives to foster and develop these values that will positively impact our member’s character on and off the golf course.

Established in 1948, the Southern California PGA now hosts one of the largest and most respected junior golf programs in the country. The SCPGA Junior Tour is a three-tiered program featuring the Toyota Tour Cup, the Players Tour and the Junior Development Tour. Together, these three tours administer over 290 tournaments annually for kids of all ages and skill levels. These events provide playing opportunities throughout Southern California, many of which are hosted by PGA facilities. The Junior Tour boasts countless alumni including Tiger Woods, Rickie Fowler, Lizette Salas, Charlie Wi, Brendan Steele, Danielle Kang, Jennifer Johnson, John Cook, Patrick Cantlay and many more.

Which Level Is Right For You?

Junior Development Tour

The Junior Development Tour is a way for juniors to gain competitive golf experience in a more relaxed and fun environment. It is a way for junior golfers to gain knowledge of the rules, etiquette and competitive nature of tournament golf.

The Players Tour

The Players Tour is the flagship level of our program. It is designed to serve juniors of a wide range of playing ability, from juniors that have advanced through the Junior Development Tour, to those looking to earn an invite into the Toyota Tour Cup Series.

Toyota Tour Cup

The Toyota Tour Cup Series features the best Junior Golfers in Southern California hosted by some of the premiere facilities in the area.

Isabella Wu and Zoey Kim battled neck and neck until the very end, where Zoey came out victorious to be crowned the 2026 Max Homa Invitational Girls Champion with an impressive total score of 209 (-7). Isabella secured solo second place, finishing just one stroke behind at 210 (-6). Sabrina (Mingyang) Sun capped off a long three days with a solo third-place finish, posting a three-day total of 212 (-4). Congratulations to these girls for their stellar play at Oak Valley!

Zude Xu went wire-to-wire and finished at -9, winning by an impressive 8-stroke margin to be crowned the 2026 Max Homa Invitational Boys Champion! Matthew Hull delivered a steady and composed performance, finishing the tournament at -1 under par with consistent rounds of par or better. Shawn Nawata and Yilang Chen both finished at Even Par to finish tied for third place.
Congratulations to all the boys on their tremendous play!

The Players Tour kicked off its 2026 2-Day season this past weekend at River Ridge Golf Club in Oxnard, California.

Enming Hu overcame a four stroke deficit to secure his first Players Tour 2-Day win. With rounds of 73-68, Enming also secured a Toyota Tour Cup exemption for the next two ...seasons.

Yunie Choi overcame a five stroke deficit to secure her first Players Tour 2-Day win as well. Yunie showed tremendous composure in the windy conditions to shoot rounds of 75-71.

Congratulations to our new 2-Day Champions and Toyota Tour Cup members!

Another memorable tournament is in the books with the Toyota Tour Cup Extended Field @ Morongo Golf Club at Tukwet Canyon this past weekend!

Maggie (Jiayi) Ma ...continues her great play this season by winning her 1st Toyota Tour Cup event this weekend shooting a final score of 67! Victoria Wang finished solo second place with scores of 78-70. Isabella (Jinmei) Sun, Vivi Yen, Ein Kim share third place honors at a final total of 149. Congratulations to all the girls on their tremendous play!

Christian Choi and Eli Allgood both finished at +1 for the tournament and battled it out in a playoff. Christian Choi emerged victorious in a two hole playoff to walk away with this 1st Toyota Tour Cup Victory! Charith Chintam finished solo in third place at +2. Congratulations to all the boys on their fantastic finish!

The Toyota Tour Cup starts the 2026 Spring Season in beautiful Oxnard with the Toyota Tour Cup @ Olivas Links!

Victoria Su (72-67) secured her first Toyota Tour ...Cup victory after firing a tournament low 67 on Sunday! Lydia Chang (71-70) had consistent rounds under-par to finish solo 2nd! Chloe Kim and Maggie (Jiayi) Ma finished at even-par to earn 3rd place honors for the tournament. Congratulations to all the girls on their great play!

Maximus Choi (68-71) captured his first Toyota Tour Cup victory by winning wire to wire after a phenomenal opening round. Oscar Liang and Gianni Floriani secured runner-up honors with a final total score of 4-under par. Congratulations to all the boys on an awesome tournament!

Clairey Lin from Palos Verdes Estates was crowned champion this week at the Toyota Tour Cup Patrick Cantlay Series Finale at Virginia Country Club in Long Beach, California. This invitational hosted the top 24 boys and 24 girls from Southern California. Thank you very much to Patrick Cantlay, his ...foundation, and his partners for all their support!

Clairey Lin went wire to wire shooting stellar scores of 66-68 to finish at -8! Juliet Oh finished solo 2nd with rounds of 68-69. Kaili Xiao, Isabella Fernandez, and Kuree Little all tied for 3rd place at -1 to get on the podium. Congratulations to all the girls on an amazing tournament this week!
