Making the Game Better for All Ages
The Southern California PGA Junior Tour’s mission is to create learning and playing opportunities for individuals of all ages and skill levels throughout Southern California. We aim to utilize golf as a vehicle to instill values such as integrity, honor, and patience. The SCPGA Junior Tour strives to foster and develop these values that will positively impact our member’s character on and off the golf course.
Established in 1948, the Southern California PGA now hosts one of the largest and most respected junior golf programs in the country. The SCPGA Junior Tour is a three-tiered program featuring the Toyota Tour Cup, the Players Tour and the Junior Development Tour. Together, these three tours administer over 290 tournaments annually for kids of all ages and skill levels. These events provide playing opportunities throughout Southern California, many of which are hosted by PGA facilities. The Junior Tour boasts countless alumni including Tiger Woods, Rickie Fowler, Lizette Salas, Charlie Wi, Brendan Steele, Danielle Kang, Jennifer Johnson, John Cook, Patrick Cantlay and many more.
The Junior Development Tour is a way for juniors to gain competitive golf experience in a more relaxed and fun environment. It is a way for junior golfers to gain knowledge of the rules, etiquette and competitive nature of tournament golf.
The Players Tour is the flagship level of our program. It is designed to serve juniors of a wide range of playing ability, from juniors that have advanced through the Junior Development Tour, to those looking to earn an invite into the Toyota Tour Cup Series.
The Toyota Tour Cup Series features the best Junior Golfers in Southern California hosted by some of the premiere facilities in the area.
The Players Tour continued its Spring 2026 campaign this past weekend at Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort, where competitors faced challenging course conditions and difficult weather. Despite these elements, players rose to the occasion with impressive performances over two days of competition, ...demonstrating perseverance and outstanding sportsmanship throughout.

In the Girls Overall Division, Victoria Wang captured the championship title with outstanding rounds of 74 and 65, finishing at 9-under par. Her composed play, highlighted by 12 birdies over the weekend, showcased remarkable consistency. Zihong Sun earned the first runner-up position with strong rounds of 74 and 69, finishing at 5-under par. Soleil Stovall secured second runner-up with impressive rounds of 70 and 74, finishing at 4-under par.
In the Boys Overall Division, Bosheng (Dylan) Zhang delivered a dominant performance, posting back-to-back rounds of 65 for a two-day total of 12-under par. His 13 birdies and an eagle throughout the tournament reflected his steady play and determination to claim the championship title. Cody Grant finished as first runner-up with solid rounds of 72 and 66, totaling 4-under par. Two players tied for additional runner-up honors: JaydenY Yang (72 and 67) and Jianyi Guo (66 and 71), both finishing at 3-under par.

Cindy Yang took the victory once again on the Toyota Tour Cup at +1 (70-75). Mia Ren earned second place honors as well as her exemption at 146 (73-73). Charlene Woo (146) finished at +2 over par for the tournament to take runner-up honors as well. Congratulations to all the girls on their stellar play!
Sein Shimoshita fought hard through the weekend to secure his first Toyota Tour Cup victory at a total of -1 (70-73). Charlie Qiu (73-71), Eamon Chen (72-72), and Junlin Pan(69-75) share runner up honors at even par. Congratulations to all the boys on an awesome tournament!

The Players Tour continued its 2-day series this past weekend at the storied Morongo Golf Club at Tukwet Canyon.
Luke Chang came out on top in the Boys Overall division after holding onto his 1-stroke first round lead to win with a final score of 151. Battling against tough conditions ...on-course he secured his win with rounds of 73-78.
Maleah Clark took 1st place in the Girls Overall division after controlling the field finishing Day 1 with a 5-stroke lead and finishing with a total score of 149. Maleah showed tremendous composure in the windy conditions to shoot rounds of 73-76 to secure her Toyota Tour Cup exemption for the Summer and Fall Seasons.

The TTC traveled out to Indio for another amazing Toyota Tour Cup Extended Field @ The Golf Club at Terra Lago this past weekend!

After 36 holes the girls needed ...extra golf to decide a victor. Nora Qu would emerge victorious after a 3-hole playoff for her first Toyota Tour Cup Championship! Emma Wang took solo second place with scores of 71-72. Apple (jingyi) Cui, Annie Chi, Sherri Lin, and Rose Callewaert share third place honors at a final total of 144. Congratulations to all the girls on their tremendous play!
The weather was not the only one that was red hot this weekend, Matthew Hull opened up with a historic round of 60 enroute to his first Toyota Tour Cup victory at -16! Jed Choi finished runner up at -7. Archwin Sangsurasak finished solo third at -6. Congratulations to all the boys on their fantastic finish!

Aileen Ko was the... only player in the field with an under-par round enroute to her 2nd Players 2-Day Championship. Aileen’s incredible second round gave her a comfortable 9-shot victory.

Isabella Wu and Zoey Kim battled neck and neck until the very end, where Zoey came out victorious to be crowned the 2026 Max Homa Invitational Girls Champion with an impressive total score of 209 (-7). Isabella secured solo second place, finishing just one stroke behind at 210 (-6). Sabrina (Mingyang) Sun capped off a long three days with a solo third-place finish, posting a three-day total of 212 (-4). Congratulations to these girls for their stellar play at Oak Valley!
Zude Xu went wire-to-wire and finished at -9, winning by an impressive 8-stroke margin to be crowned the 2026 Max Homa Invitational Boys Champion! Matthew Hull delivered a steady and composed performance, finishing the tournament at -1 under par with consistent rounds of par or better. Shawn Nawata and Yilang Chen both finished at Even Par to finish tied for third place.
