The 2021 Toyota Cup Lizette Salas Classic at Morongo Golf Club has concluded this afternoon.
For the Boys Division there were several scores that went deep, however Logan Kim claimed victory for the third year in a role with 67,68 (-9). “Winning three years in a role feels great. It’s really special. I love this course and I feel really comfortable playing here.” Kim said. “The best part of my game was I didn’t miss any fairways. Throughout the week I go to the range and use a flight scope monitor to track my range balls. Right before a tournament I take an hour to hit balls and putt, then I just go play.” Kim explained when asked how he prepares for success.
Coming in second place is Patrick Hong. Hong posted scores of 69,69 (-6). Two excellent players tied for third place. Robert Keilch 73,70 (-1) and Billy Davis 69,74 (-1)
For the Girls Division Dianna Lee came in first place with an incredible round of 69,70 (-5). Tied for second is Jasmine Koo 71, 69 (-4) and Angela Heo with 68,72 (-4).
