On November 16, 2021 Poppy Hills hosted the CIF Girls State Championship. Included in the field of six teams was the Troy High School Warriors (Fullerton), CA and its six SCPGA members. This represented the sixth straight year Troy competed in the state championship, although there was no actual tournament in 2020 due to COVID-19.
The team led the other SoCal representatives (Carlsbad and Notre Dame) with a combined 395. Granite Bay, from Northern California, won the state title with a 371.
