Making the Game Better for All Ages
The Southern California PGA Junior Tour’s mission is to create learning and playing opportunities for individuals of all ages and skill levels throughout Southern California. We aim to utilize golf as a vehicle to instill values such as integrity, honor, and patience. The SCPGA Junior Tour strives to foster and develop these values that will positively impact our member’s character on and off the golf course.
Established in 1948, the Southern California PGA now hosts one of the largest and most respected junior golf programs in the country. The SCPGA Junior Tour is a three-tiered program featuring the Toyota Tour Cup, the Players Tour and the Junior Development Tour. Together, these three tours administer over 290 tournaments annually for kids of all ages and skill levels. These events provide playing opportunities throughout Southern California, many of which are hosted by PGA facilities. The Junior Tour boasts countless alumni including Tiger Woods, Rickie Fowler, Lizette Salas, Charlie Wi, Brendan Steele, Danielle Kang, Jennifer Johnson, John Cook, Patrick Cantlay and many more.
The Junior Development Tour is a way for juniors to gain competitive golf experience in a more relaxed and fun environment. It is a way for junior golfers to gain knowledge of the rules, etiquette and competitive nature of tournament golf.
The Players Tour is the flagship level of our program. It is designed to serve juniors of a wide range of playing ability, from juniors that have advanced through the Junior Development Tour, to those looking to earn an invite into the Toyota Tour Cup Series.
The Toyota Tour Cup Series features the best Junior Golfers in Southern California hosted by some of the premiere facilities in the area.
What a special weekend at the TTC @patrickcantlay Cantlay Series @ Bear Creek Golf Club! Thank you very much to Patrick Cantlay, his foundation, and his partners for all their support!
Jaden Soong (70-72) and Max Emberson both finished at -2 for the tournament and battled it out in a ...playoff. Jaden Soong came out victorious in the playoff to capture his very first TTC Victory! Max Emberson fell short in the playoff but finished solo 2nd with consistent scores of 71 both rounds. Theodore Vigna (75-68) shot the low round of the tournament of the week to finish tied for 3rd with Logan Kim (70-73) at one under par! Congratulations to all the boys on their tremendous play!
Emily Song shot rounds of 71-77 to capture her 2nd TTC Victory! Rina Kawasaki finished in second place shooting 74-76 to close out the tournament at +6. Juliet Oh, Clairey Lin, and Haram Lee tied for third place at +7 for the tournament. Congratulations to all the girls on an awesome tournament!

The Players Tour had its last 2-day series of the Spring season this past weekend at the Links at Lakehouse. The players were treated to beautiful weather and great conditions.
Joseph Wong captured first place honors in the Boys Overall Division after shooting 145 (+3) for two days.

Samantha Daniels won her second 2-day series in a row by shooting a two day total of 143 (-1).
