Matthew Wolff from Agoura Hills breaks both course record and Toyota Tour Cup tournament record to win at The River Course at The Alisal.
Wolff shoots 66-61, 18 under par, to break through in a 13 stroke runaway victory.
Teeing off in the final group on Sunday with a two stroke lead Wolff started his round with birdie and did not look back, shooting (32) four under par, on the front nine.
As the wind began to pick up during the afternoon, Wolff did not let the elements affect him continuing to push forward.
Posting five birdies and an eagle on the back nine Wolff shot seven under par (29) to close out a phenomenal round.
After going bogey free with nine birdies, and one eagle Wolff was left with a record setting 61 at the River Course at the Alisal.
Posting a tournament total of (127) eighteen under par is the lowest 36 hole score the Toyota Tour Cup has seen to date.
Wolff led the field in birdies, most consecutive birdies, scoring average, par 4 scoring, par 5 scoring and had the longest bogey free streak of the tournament.
